Unimetal Quality System approved with certificate fot the production of investment casting parts of I.S.O. 9001:2000 by UKAS.

Quality Controls are involved in each step by to join of Unimetal workers of the process.

The Quality System is described in a quality hand book which is also available to customers on request

 

 
 
 

• Weight Parameters

: Normally from a few grams to 30 kg/ steel alloy; 10 kg aluminium alloy.

• Size Parameters

: Normal size 400 x 300 x 250 mm. The bigger size will requre added operations at An Additional cost.

• In house tooling and mold shop.

• Machining, heat treatment and surface treatment service.

• Test and Inspection.

: Chemical analys, dimensional, inspection, mechanical and non destructive testing.

• Rapid delivery and comprehensive after sales service.

            All of dimensional controls are tested by 3 Axes coordinat measuring system
            After finishing operations, the casting are ready for inspections and any final operations.
